Trained arms today and caught some of my workout on video courtesy of @jramos1328 I always superset biceps and triceps and here I am performing dumbbell biceps curls (15lbs) on a seated incline (great stretch) and standing dumbbell tricep extensions (32lbs). I make a diamond with my hands while holding the dumbbell above my head and usually try to stretch a little further than 90 degrees.
