Margret Gnarr Fitness Model

Margret Gnarr is a IFBB Bikini competitor and also the holder of a black belt in Taekwondo she’s something to reckon with. The past few years have seen the meteoric rise of the Gnarr family and Margret in particular. For only being 24 years old she has competed and placed high in many national Taekwondo championships and is now moving into the world of competitive bikini and fitness modelling.

Recently Margret Gnarr has taken first place in the IFBB Icelandic Cup 2012 and placed within the top 15 in the Arnold Classic Europe, not to mention becoming named Icelandic Taekwondo Champion 2013 just last month.

Her workout consists of a 5-day split including squats, bench press, a few variations on curls a good amount of stretching. Legs, abs, glutes biceps/triceps and shoulders and back are all involved. No muscle group is left alone and each one is worked out evenly to produce the best results and overall fitness.

Tricep workout the other day! Fast and heavy

 

Great bicep exercise! Supersett 4 sets ( 4 kg) Alternating curl 7 reps Hammer curl 7 reps Dumbbell curl 7 reps Really burns!!

 

From my glute workout today 10 min warm up Glute machine ( yes the name of the machine is “glutes”) 10 reps 3 sets Cable stiff 10 reps 3 sets Hip abduction lean forward 10 reps+5 partial reps 3 sets Pistol squat 10 reps 3 sets 10 minute cardio

 

Exercise of the day!!! inverted rows in the smith machine great back exercise were you use your own bodyweight and there is no extra stress on your back! It also works on your biceps

Exercise of the day! Tricep kickbacks
