Kim French Reveals Her Booty Transformation Secrets & Full Day Of Eating Plan!

Kim French has completely transformed her body. The mother of two, started off like most people who want to lose weight, by doing endless cardio and eating so far below maintenance that it was running her body and energy into the ground.

“I was constantly doing cardio like running for miles and miles to try and get a long stick thin physique which I would never achieve with my frame anyway”

Under eating and feeling down, she wasn’t happy with her diet or how she looked and knew she needed to change her mindset and try a new approach to get the body (and booty) that she wanted.

“I was on a diet consisting of 1200 cals a day to try and drop a dress size a month before Ibiza, as you can see the results weren’t great. My lifestyle was binge eating, binge drinking, smoking and the only exercise I would get was dancing on the dance floor. My metabolism was poor and I was so unhappy with my appearance.”

By swapping out the hours of cardio for intense weight training, Kim transformed her body, from skinny and undefined to sculpted, muscular and fit!

“I now do weight training 4 times a week and I do LISS (low-intensity steady state) cardio at the end of my session which I actually enjoy”.

As Kim explains it, “Weight lifting builds muscle which speeds up your metabolism and therefore burns body fat. THIS is the right way to go if you want an hourglass physique.”

She also eats 5 meals and a snack a day, approaching almost 2000 calories and never starves herself. If she wants a snack or something to eat, she’ll have it.

Kim French’s Approach Before – CARDIO & LOW CALORIES

✖️ I was constantly doing cardio like running for miles and miles to try and get a long stick thin physique which I would never achieve with my frame anyway. I’m not sure why I thought this is what I wanted as I’ve always preferred curves.

✖️ I was skinny fat:- lost lots of weight but my body clung onto fat for dear life where I was under-eating and my body would go into starvation mode. Was only eating 1200 calories a day

✖️ I was unhappy with the way I looked and so miserable as this girlie LOVES HER FOOD and not eating much was torture physically and mentally.

Kim French’s Approach After – WEIGHT TRAINING, LISS & LOTS OF FOOOOOOOD

✔️ I now do weight training 4 times a week and I do LISS (low intensity steady state) cardio at the end of my session which I actually enjoy. It’s calming and I love the endorphins.

✔️ I eat to fuel my body, 2000 calories a day!!! I’m full of energy and happy because if i’m hungry i’m gonna have a snack.

✔️ I no longer look at other girls pictures and wish I had their body, I’m happy with my own and know that comparing isn’t the right thing to do. Always work on improving yourself to be the best version of you and not someone else’s twin!

Kim warns against the dangers of typical fad diets and wants people to create a lifestyle change and enjoy eating again!

“Crash diets will make you lose weight but it WILL come back, your metabolism will be slowed and you’ll end up the ‘skinny fat‘ me above. Obviously some people may not think the look of a curvy woman is for them and that’s totally fine, there is no right or wrong, as long as you are happy in your own skin then you are WINNING AT LIFE.”

Kim now eats to fuel her workouts and advises that it’s important to get enough calories in to “build you booty.” Building muscle takes calories and time, so be patient and stick with your routine!

Kim French Typical Daily Diet

“Here is just one example of many meals I eat:”

Meal 1 – 30g oats, 30g chocolate banana whey, 150ml unsweetened almond milk, mini kinder and 1/2 banana.

Meal 2 – 30g protein granola, 30g strawberry cream whey and 200ml skimmed milk (post workout).

Meal 3 – 2 smoked bacon medallions, 150g sweet potato chips in paprika and 1 fried egg in one cal spray.

Snack – Melon and grapes.

Meal 4 – Packet of seafood, vegetable stir fry packet and 1/2 pouch of dragons sweet chilli stir fry sauce.

Meal 5 – 150g Fage flavoured with raspberry flavdrops, protein wafer, blueberries and strawberries.

MACROS – Calories: 1926. Protein: 185, Carbs: 194, Fat: 43.

The result of my lifestyle change is pretty obvious. A lot of you don’t realise that you don’t need to starve yourself and do constant cardio to get the figure you want. You need to eat and fuel your body and lift weights like a beast in that gym! It’s not for everyone but here is some #mondaymotivation for those of you out there that want to transform your body. If I can do it then so can you.”
